Uncle Archie's Marinade

Marinade any time of beef, pork, lamb or chicken. Add to hamburger meat for the best burgers. Use as a jerky marinade also. Marinade at least one hour, overnight is better. Put it in a spray bottle to baste with while cooking, use it as a dipping sauce or au jus. You can use it to tender in paper or tinfoil wrapped meats. It will give anything you are cooking a unique flavor enhancement.
